Apologizes for this being my first real post since December. Wow how time flies.
It may have seemed that exams did me in, but I can assure you I somehow
did survive and following had a lovely winter break home in Wisconsin.
Winter semester picked up the day I got back to Provo. Somehow jumping
into the flow of things the blog was forgotten about, yadda yadda yadda.
But I'm back, and actually with quite a few fun things to share.
Few updates.
Ended the semester with a bang (love when that happens) and ended up
being my best semester academically that I've had yet. Hopefully I'll
get a chance to say that again.
Christmas was magical. Yes I know, hard to believe if you know us well
enough. But with the whole family together in one place, in so long, it
was stupendous. Richard had been gone for the last two years in Cali and
although I hate to admit it in writing, things aren't the same without
him. Kassie and her family even made the trip out there with me so we
had fun on the plane. Break was relaxing, cold, snowy, blissful, well
needed, tasty, noisy, spirited, short and perfect. I even got in a few
visits to dear friends, but quite a few more visits to Culvers.Oh how I
have missed.
New semester means new classes. I am now in: Philosophy of Religion; it's fascinating,
complicated, boring and mind blowing. No I didn't think either that it
was possible to have all those at the same time. After that class it's Statistics. Don't judge me, yes this is the second time I am taking it. Next is Media Writing.
Probably my favorite real class this semester. We pretty much learn how
to write and then the last day of class that week we come to class, we
get a topic, we write, and its due at the end of class. It's fun. Doctrine and Covenants (second half) is
my religion class this semester. From BOTT! Hes the man in case you
were not aware. He's the best ranked professor on all of "rate my
professor." Pretty legit. And then lastly I have Intro to Public Relations.
Probably my most important class this semester which is not good cause I
am struggling. Not so great as I seem to want to go into PR.
Yep that's basics.
